Serge, aka Le Bourru Gourmand, has a wealth of experience in the business. His aim: to offer you a pleasant moment at the table. To achieve this, he’s surrounded by Frédéric, a talented chef, Stéphane, a reliable second, Argjentina, the kitchen assistant, and Fabrice, the dishwasher!
Local produce, homemade pastries, original recipes perpetuating tradition: everything is done to satisfy as many people as possible. As for Christina, with her Italian origins, she brings her grandmother’s recipes to delight the taste buds of those with a sweet tooth.
This dynamic duo, with their team in the kitchen and in the dining room (Chantal, Frederic-Franck and Johanne), share the same philosophy: to please you!
